We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant who will be the heart of our operation for Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week. • Tues: Full-time (Days)

• Thurs: Full-time (Days)
• Fri: Full-time (Days)
• Sat: To be confirmed
• Sun: To be confirmed

Please note: This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
