Job summary

Operations Resources in Haywards Heath is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support daily meal preparation and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and related areas. The role covers vegetable preparation, making sandwiches, correct storage of dry and perishable produce, safe storage of cleaning materials, and ensuring utensils are cleaned to the required standards.

Shifts are Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays from 7am to 7pm at £12.75 per hour, with supervision by the Head/Second Chef

• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and related areas
• Preparation of produce for mealtime, for example vegetable preparation and making of sandwiches
• Ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable produce
• Safely storing cleaning materials
• Ensure all cooking utensils and pots are cleaned to the required standards
• Carry out any tasks assigned by the Head / Second Chef or Home Manager

we are looking for a Kitchen assistant to work specific days, it would be every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. 7am-7pm £12.75ph
