Wahaca is the leading Mexican restaurant in the UK, known for fresh ingredients and vibrant service. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe kitchen while supporting our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will assist with prep using fresh ingredients, keep equipment spotless, follow food safety standards and work closely with colleagues to create a lively, efficient kitchen that reflects Wahaca’s cheerful culture.

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has great passion for working with fresh ingredients and showcasing his pride in maintaining clean and safe kitchen environment and wants to be part of a team that delivers excellent service to all our guests.

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils impeccably clean
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
