Wahaca is seeking an Assistant General Manager to keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly, connecting leadership and teams to bring standards to life every shift. Your energy, organisation and presence drive team morale and elevate the guest experience, while inspiring the team to deliver a WOW-worthy experience to every guest.

As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager and Head Chef in all aspects of running the restaurant and delivering company KPI's.
