Job summary

Benugo Limited in Greater London is seeking an on-site Kitchen Assistant to assist in sandwich preparation and other kitchen duties, while receiving and storing daily deliveries in line with FIFO and food safety standards.

You will also help rotate stock and ensure cleanliness and safety procedures are followed at all times, supporting a busy kitchen environment with a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Making sandwiches and helping with other kitchen related duties as necessary, including the preparation of salads, soups and more
• Receive, check, and store daily food and supply deliveries, ensuring quality, accurate quantities, and safe organisation of all stock (including dry store, fridges, and freezers) in line with FIFO and food safety standards
• Ensure effective stock rotation of products
• Ensuring that food safety standards and correct cleaning procedures are followed at all times

Job description

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph increasing to £14.80ph after probation

About the role:
