Job summary

Chicken & Grill pubs, part of the McMullen’s family, are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join a long-established family business that values staff development. You’ll help prepare and serve delicious pub fare, and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality guest experience.

You'll assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen, keep everything clean and hygienic, ensure crockery is stocked, and work as part of a supportive team with the Chefs.

Qualifications

• Be a team player, helping and assisting the Chefs when required.
• Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Ensure that the kitchen does not run out of clean crockery and cutlery during service.
