Job summary

Supernova Burger is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support BOH operations, assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and help ensure smooth service.

Experience is helpful but not required; we are a hardworking team that values reliability, willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude. This role is based at our London venue with generous staff discounts and holiday perks.

• Experience: Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and capable of manual tasks.
• Attitude: Willing to learn and work as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation: Assist with basic food prep, including chopping, portioning, and organising ingredients.
• Cleanliness: Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a spotless kitchen environment.
• Stock Control: Receive deliveries and organise storage areas.
• Support: Work closely with the team to ensure food goes out efficiently.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities and similar tasks as requested by management to support the smooth operation of the business.

Position Summary
