Job summary

Wadworth is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join the busy pub kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare meals, maintain high kitchen standards and help deliver an excellent dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment or as a kitchen assistant preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication with front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Assist with order prep, food safety and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.

As Kitchen Assistant you will work as part of the kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

We serve great freshly cooked pub food and a range of Wadworth beers, the pub benefits from a large outside space and gets very busy during the holidays and when the sun shines.
