Main Duties & Responsibilities

Key Tasks

• Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by keeping kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Assist the chef with basic cooking tasks as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure all food storage areas are clean, properly stocked, and compliant with food safety regulations.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
