Job summary

You will join The Tivoli in Cambridge as a Kitchen Assistant on a fixed-term contract from mid-November until 23 December. The role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about hospitality and keen to learn in a busy venue with two kitchens, four bars and a lively team.

Responsibilities include keeping the kitchen clean, washing dishes, assisting with basic prep, and helping maintain high hygiene standards to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team on a fixed-term contract from mid-November until 23rd December.

The Tivoli is one of Cambridge's most exciting hospitality venues, with two food kitchens, four bars, indoor golf, shuffleboard, private events and a fantastic roof terrace. It's a busy, lively environment where teamwork is everything.

What you'll be doing

• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised.
• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Supporting chefs with basic kitchen preparation when needed.
• Keeping on top of waste and maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Helping the kitchen team deliver smooth and efficient service.
