Job summary

Kids Planet Woodside is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team and help prepare healthy meals and snacks for children. You will support the chef in daily food preparation and help ensure meals meet dietary needs.

You will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, complying with hygiene standards, and contributing to a safe, well‑run food service environment for young learners.

Qualifications

• Catering experience, preferably in a nursery or similar environment.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate desirable.
• Knowledge of food preparation for special dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Cater for allergies and dietary needs, ensuring safety and suitability of food.
