Job summary

Levy at the EICC Nourish team in Edinburgh is seeking a part-time Kitchen Administrator to support the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will manage administrative processes, maintain records, assist procurement, process invoices, and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.

The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with chefs, suppliers and the wider team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP/food-safety paperwork is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate kitchen administration records, filing systems, and documentation.
• Ensure all kitchen compliance paperwork is completed, filed, and stored appropriately.
• Manage digital and paper-based records in line with company procedures.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents as required.
• Assist with procurement and purchasing tasks for food and non-food items.
• Support invoicing, stock reporting, and supplier communications.
