Job summary

YO! at Tesco - Fresh Sushi, Fresh Thinking is hiring for a full-time kiosk role with a nominal salary of £30,480 per year. The position combines on-site work Mon-Thu with Fridays from home, across 40 contracted hours.

You will master menus, drive sales and cost controls, coach the team, and ensure precise records in a fast-paced environment. Join a values-driven team focused on growth, rewards and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• We'll teach you what it means to master our menus and run your Kiosk like it's your own business.
• You will drive performance across sales, labour and food cost controls, always looking for opportunities to deliver on your business targets
• You have inspire, engage and coach your Team, empowering them to follow your lead and deliver sensational service, sushi and everything in between.
• You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a face paced environment.
• You will be ensuring daily records of deliver, wastage and temperature checks are completely and recorded accurately.

Since launching its first in-store kiosk in Tesco in 2018, YO! has transformed the supermarket sushi experience across the UK. What started as an innovative partnership to bring freshly made sushi directly to shoppers has grown into one of the UK’s most successful in-store food concepts, with over 300 Tesco locations nationwide by 2023.
