Randstad Care is recruiting a Family Support Worker to deliver a six-month kinship support programme in Surrey. The role involves intensive one-to-one guidance, group work, and liaison with schools and local services.

You will coordinate workshops, referrals and administrative tasks, with travel across London and England. A DBS check is required, and a 35-hour work week is expected in a hybrid setup.

Competenze

• Experience in family work and kinship care is essential.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments in-person and remote.
• Experience facilitating support groups and safeguarding.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Mansioni

• Provide intensive 1-to-1 guidance to kinship carers for up to six months.
• Advocate and liaise with schools and local organisations for support.
• Set up monthly support groups and assist with grants and training.
