Randstad Care is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to deliver a 6-month kinship support programme across Surrey. You will provide intensive 1-to-1 guidance, liaise with schools and community partners, and coordinate workshops while maintaining records and monitoring progress.

You will work across home, community settings, and travel to London head office as needed, with DBS clearance required and a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Proven background in family work.
• Knowledge of kinship care regulations.
• Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, CRM).
• Full, clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Provide intensive 1-to-1 guidance to kinship carers for up to six months.
• Liaise with schools and local organisations for specialist support.
• Book carers onto workshops and manage referrals and engagement.
• Maintain workshop records and Salesforce data.
