HC-One is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist settings. Kindness and attention to detail shape every interaction with Residents, visitors and colleagues.

You will follow cleaning schedules, support laundry, uphold infection control, and report issues. Full training is provided; you’ll need to be organised, reliable and demonstrate a positive, respectful attitude in all conversations.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
• You’ll need to be organised, manage your time well, and work with attention to detail.
• Safeguarding training is required and you should report concerns as needed.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
• Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead
• Using products safely and following hygiene procedures
• Supporting infection control and safety standards
• Helping with laundry and linen care
• Reporting any issues or repairs as needed
