Job summary

Greene King’s Plough Inn in Alsager is seeking a Soft Play Team Member to maintain a safe, vibrant play area for children while delivering a warm, memorable customer experience. You will greet guests, handle enquiries by phone in a friendly manner, and keep the reception and play area clean and well organised for service.

You'll help coordinate children's birthday parties, work as part of a supportive team, and contribute to a welcoming tavern atmosphere where families feel valued and return

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Job Description

As a Soft Play Team Member, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

As a Soft Play Team Member, you will...
