Job summary

UKME seeks a Childrens Entertainment Co-ordinator (Permanent) to supervise children in designated play areas and ensure their safety across the venues. You will plan creative activities and events for various age groups, oversee marquee and inflatables setup, and support birthday parties and client events.

Applicants should have experience with children and a current First Aid qualification, with the role based in the London region and offering a permanent, full-time position within UKME's

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role working with children.
• Current First Aid qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in play areas and ensure safety.
• Plan and organise creative activities and events for different age groups.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of play areas and equipment.
• Conduct daily safety checks of inflatables area and arrange repairs when needed.
• Source and purchase items for marquee and assist in setup each season.
• Provide first aid and take action in emergencies.
• Care for animals belonging to the client and report concerns to Office Manager.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers for children's play equipment and report issues.
• Research ideas and refine proposals for inflatables and arcade games.
• Help in planning and execution of birthday parties and events for children.
• Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
• Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within scope of the position.
