Job summary

Freedom Leisure in England is seeking a Children’s Holiday Activities Supervisor to lead a fun, active holiday club for children. You will supervise a team of assistants, manage registrations and activities, and ensure all procedures are followed for a safe, engaging experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive involvement in activities, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about working with children.
• Able to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• A childcare qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the team of staff on shift who assist in running the holiday club.
• Take overall responsibility for the daily operation of the club, including paperwork, child registrations and activity organisation.
• Ensure children enjoy a safe, engaging and fun environment.
• Lead by example and actively participate in activities where appropriate.
• Work closely with the Centre Manager and Holiday Club Manager to ensure the smooth running of the programme.
• Carry out duties in line with NOPs and EAPs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the club.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries promptly.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of all children attending the club.
