Job summary

Shropshire Community Leisure Trust is seeking a Kids Activity Supervisor in Oswestry to lead birthday parties and roller disco sessions, ensuring activities run smoothly and participants enjoy a safe, memorable experience.

You will maintain high standards of supervision, deliver excellent customer care, and help set up and maintain equipment, contributing to a welcoming, active community venue.

Qualifications

• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Positive, reliable and proactive approach.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Experience in leisure industry is advantageous.
• First Aid at Work certificate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with children's birthday parties, ensuring activities run smoothly and participants have a positive experience.
• Support the delivery of roller disco sessions.
• Maintain high standards of customer supervision at all times.
• Promote safety and wellbeing of all customers using the facility.
• Deliver excellent customer care and respond effectively to enquiries.
• Set up, store, maintain and clean sports and activity equipment to ensure it remains safe and ready for use.
