Job summary

Unicorn Logistics is seeking a part-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the marketing manager with campaigns and market research. Your role includes making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, and assisting with tenders while gaining commercial awareness.

The position is a kickstart scheme eligible for those under 25 and on Universal Credit. Full training provided and opportunities to learn Digital Marketing and B2B sales in a growing logistics business.

Unicorn Logistics is an express same-day courier service that operates nationwide. This placement will be in the admin Headquarters which are located at the Paragon Business park in Horwich, Bolton. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A KICKSTART SCHEME. TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST BE UNDER 25 AND BE ON UNIVERSAL CREDIT FOR 6 MONTHS.

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will work alongside the marketing manager and assist with various elements of the firm's marketing matrix and sales campaigns. It is a great opportunity to develop your marketing skills as well as gain commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers
• Delivering high-quality market research and intelligence
• Following up inquiries and quotes issued to clients
• Assisting the marketing team with Courier tenders
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with executing sales campaigns.
• Assisting with the implementation of Social Media, Email, and Content writing
