Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher with QTS to join a welcoming primary school in Oldham. You will deliver engaging lessons to Year 1 and/or Year 2 pupils, supporting their academic, social and emotional development.

You will collaborate with colleagues and families, plan creative lessons, assess progress, and use positive behaviour strategies to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment. Early Career Teachers are welcome with full induction and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Have strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
• Be creative, organised and passionate about primary education.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
• Be committed to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing.
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply, with full induction and ongoing support provided.
