Key Time Worker (Service Agent)

Join Our Team as a Station Agent – Ensure Fleet Excellence and Top-Quality Service!

Are you passionate about working with vehicles and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a motivated Station Agent to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our fleet to the highest standards while delivering top-tier service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare vehicles according to our high-quality standards, ensuring they are clean, road-legal, and meet all documentation requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections using the Ready for Rent Checklist to ensure all vehicles are prepared for customer handover.
  3. Deliver and collect vehicles per customer requirements, ensuring smooth handovers by providing essential information, including CO2 emissions and vehicle value.
  4. Identify any damage or maintenance issues, report these findings, and complete all necessary documentation at collection points.
  5. Work closely with the Station Manager, Fleet Manager, and Team Leader to assist in all tasks, including vehicle movements, customer service, and business development activities.
  6. Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional and up to company standards.
  7. Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, reporting any concerns to the Station Manager.
  8. Drive company vehicles safely, adhering to the Company Driving Standards Policy.
