Are you an experienced and passionate KS2 Teacher eager to shape the minds of tomorrow? GSL Education are looking for a confident and creative Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly and forward-thinking school in Barton. In this role, you'll lead dynamic and engaging lessons that challenge and motivate pupils, promote a positive learning environment, and support children in both their academic achievement and personal development.

Key Responsibilities of KS2 Teacher:

• Design and teach lively, curriculum-aligned lessons that spark interest and deepen understanding in Key Stage 2 subjects.
• Motivate pupils to reach their full potential through high expectations and engaging instruction.
• Monitor learning outcomes and adjust strategies to ensure all pupils make consistent progress.
• Foster a classroom culture that celebrates diversity, promotes inclusion, and builds self-esteem.
• Work closely with support staff, families, and school leaders to enhance each child’s learning journey.
• Uphold clear behaviour expectations while nurturing a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.

Requirements of KS2 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience working within the classroom teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Passion for primary education and student progress.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
• Competitive daily rates of £130 - £180 (based on experience).
