They are looking for dedicated and flexible Supply Teachers to join their team and support their Key Stage 2 students.

Your new role

I work with this primary school on a first-call basis, supporting them with advanced and same-day sickness cover. I am seeking reliable and enthusiastic teachers to provide ad-hoc, emergency, and pre-planned cover across Key Stage 2. The ideal teachers will have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging lessons, sometimes at short notice. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences and ensuring students continue to thrive.

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
• Be flexible and adaptable to cover different classes as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
