v Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant or a qualified HLTA who is:
· Committed to upholding and promoting our strong ethos.
· Able to deliver targeted interventions.
· Highly motivated, with high expectations of themselves and others.
· A great team player, able to collaborate effectively within a class and school setting.
· Positive, patient, and proactive in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
· Qualified to GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
· HLTA qualified (if applying for the HLTA position) or aspiring to become a HLTA.
