Richard de Clare Community Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and committed Key Stage Two Class Teacher to join our teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective practitioner to contribute to our school community and inspire our pupils. As part of a Multi Academy Trust that prioritises professional development, we offer coaching and development opportunities, especially for those aspiring to leadership roles.
A TLR is available for a suitable candidate, focusing on enhancing teaching and learning quality in Upper Key Stage 2. This role includes developing and refining the teaching practice of staff, positively impacting pupils' educational progress within the phase.
