GSL Education are currently partnering with a small, supportive primary school based in Bournemouth, in the pursuit of Key Stage 1 Teacher. About the Role:

Therefore, any teachers with prior experience with SEN are extremely desirable.

Requirements:

  • Teaching Certification (QTS/QTLS/PGCE)
  • In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
  • Previous experience in a primary SEN school is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
  • Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
