Salary: £163-223 per day (Agency working regulations apply after 12 weeks)

Hours: Full Time / Ongoing role

Monarch Education seeks a Qualified Teacher for a 3-form entry Primary School. The role begins in September 2025. The school considers both ECTs and final year students. Experience in Key Stage 1 is advantageous but not essential. The school promotes interactive learning, equipped classrooms, and values each child's abilities and wellbeing, with facilities like a pastoral room. The school is accessible by car or bus.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold QTS or QTLS
• Be capable of teaching primary pupils
• Be highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Inspire and support children from diverse backgrounds
• Possess excellent behaviour management skills
• Understand Teachers Standards

Main Responsibilities

• Teach various subjects to primary pupils
• Plan lessons and activities for whole class and groups
• Support SEND pupils
• Manage behaviour and implement school policies
• Safeguard pupils
• Supervise lunch and break times (if required)
• Support and manage teaching assistants
• Build relationships with staff and pupils
• Gather evidence of pupils’ work for assessments
• Provide feedback on pupil progress
• Take pastoral responsibility for a group of pupils
• Potentially lead a subject area
• Collaborate with parents and carers
