Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store in the United Kingdom. You will help drive sales through personalised customer service and by mentoring team members to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, cash handling skills, supervisory background, and the flexibility to work across days and hours. Right to work in the country must be demonstrated.

Qualifications

• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring to hit sales and customer-service targets.
• Passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Flexible availability across days/hours.

We are looking for a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the Store.

Qualifications

• While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
