Job summary

You will uphold brand standards, assist with stock management, and contribute to meeting KPIs while representing Levi’s with pride in a temporary, part-time capacity. The role offers a PAY rate of £13.21 per hour and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with sales targets and KPIs.
• Confident in leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership and stay calm in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure smooth shop floor operations during shifts.
• Open and close the store when management is not present.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and model brand values.
• Coach Stylists and guide the team to achieve KPIs.
• Support management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
