Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve required retail sales and KPI targets communicated by the Store Management team
• Communicate the uses of all products to the customer , offer additional products and alternatives at all times
• Actively Contribute towards innovative ideas to grow and move our business forward
• Actively contribute to product knowledge research and cascading this to all colleagues
• Personally demonstrate excellent customer service and selling skills, acting as a role model for team members
• Observe the Customer Journey throughout the store taking action to ensure consistency in the welcome, connect, inspire and retain
