Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Cambridge is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, support the team, and help ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing when managers are away. You'll motivate stylists, coach on product knowledge, maintain high visual standards, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve KPIs.
• Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards at all times.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi's® brand to life on the shop floor. You'll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts - including opening and closing when management are not present.
