Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor. You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing when management is not present.

You will deliver exceptional service, coach staff on product knowledge, and help maintain visual standards while supporting store KPIs. Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
• Act as role model for Stylists, supporting and guiding the team to achieve KPIs.
• Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening/closing.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts – including opening and closing when management are not present.
