Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Norwich is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing when management isn't present. You will deliver outstanding customer service, coach colleagues on product knowledge, and help maintain visual standards while contributing to sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution focused mindset.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and remain calm in a fast paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management where needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
• Acting as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times.
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high performing team environment.
