Job summary

Crew Clothing Swindon is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to help drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our Swindon store. This role is 12 hours per week and includes keyholder responsibilities.

You’ll contribute to maintaining store standards and a welcoming shopping environment. As a member of our team, you’ll promote our products, assist customers with informed choices, and support multi-channel shopping options while upholding brand values of British styling and quality.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and a passion for helping customers.
• Clear and engaging communication with customers and team.
• Experience in the retail sector, handling sales and product knowledge.
• Good IT skills to assist POS and store systems.
• Desirable experience working in a luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product including features, benefits and stock availability.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
