Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support store operations on the south coast brand. You will help drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, manage responsibilities as a key holder, and uphold store standards.

The role offers 12 hours per week with a focus on creating an inviting shopping environment, handling transactions accurately, and contributing to a collaborative team culture within a luxury fashion brand context.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
