Job summary

Crew Clothing Braintree is hiring a Part Time Key Holder at our Rayne store. You will work 12 hours per week, delivering outstanding customer service and upholding store standards to drive sales and loyalty.

As a Key Holder, you’ll assist with opening/closing the store, ensure visuals are pristine, and promote our multi-channel shopping options while providing a welcoming experience for every customer. You will also help achieve targets, share product knowledge, and process transactions

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a focus on helping customers.
• Strong communication skills in a retail environment.
• Experience working in retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product including features, benefits and stock availability
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
