Job summary

Crew Clothing Dundrum is seeking a Key Holder on a part-time basis. You will generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards, with at least 12 hours weekly and flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will promote multi-channel shopping and provide product knowledge, creating a welcoming atmosphere and processing transactions in line with company guidelines. The role requires a customer-focused mindset and experience in retail; luxury fashion

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store

Key Holder - Part Time

Minimum 12 hours per week with keyholder responsibilities.

Must be flexible for evening work midweek shifts or evenings & full weekend availability and bank holidays and peak events.
