Job summary

Crew Clothing Aberystwyth is seeking a part-time Key Holder to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards. The role is 12 hours per week with keyholder responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to a premium shopping experience.

You will help drive sales, share product knowledge, and promote multi-channel options while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Suitable for someone with retail experience and a passion for fashion, especially in a luxury-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store

Key Holder - Part Time
