Job summary

Crew Clothing in Southampton is seeking a Key Holder on a part-time basis to help drive sales and maintain the store to the highest standards. You will deliver outstanding customer service, promote our multi-channel shopping options, and support the team in achieving targets during the shift.

Ideal candidates will be customer-focused with strong communication and retail experience. An eye for detail, a professional appearance with uniform contributions, and a passion for luxury fashion will help

• Experience in retail industry and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Experience in luxury fashion brands is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
