Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join our expanding European sales team. This role focuses on developing major accounts across the UK and Europe, supporting industries such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Remediation, Water & Wastewater Treatment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring maximum penetration and coverage of new products and services.
• Develop new client accounts through sales efforts, technical expertise, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and distribution networks across Europe.
• Travel 25-50% for customer visits, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Manage relationships with channel partners, agents, and distributors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in activated carbon sales management, with a focus on relevant industries.
• Current role as a Key Account or Sales Manager seeking broader responsibilities.
• Degree in Chemistry or related Science, or equivalent industry experience with additional business qualifications.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of coaching and developing external teams.
