Job summary

Mitie is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead and develop strategic client relationships with a central London university and NHS accounts. You will drive account growth, coordinate with waste services, and ensure compliance across sites.

In this role you will audit suppliers, manage on-site risk assessments and method statements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver Mitie Waste solutions in a high-profile London environment.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of the waste and recycling sector.
• Knowledge of legislative requirements governing clinical and hazardous waste types.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage and develop key client accounts.
• Audit suppliers and client sites.
• Manage risk assessments and method statements for on-site waste activities under Mitie control.
• Fulfil other technical chemist / account management activities in support of the wider Mitie Waste business.
