This role involves managing strategic relationships within the dental industry, focusing on DSOs, and coordinating internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end relationship with Straumann’s strategic DSO partners.
  • Act as the main contact for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and clinical influencers.
  • Understand customer strategies and challenges to position Straumann as a trusted partner.
  • Lead planning and execution of joint initiatives and projects across the DSO network.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and monitor KPIs.
Account Development & Commercial Growth
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, including site rollouts and portfolio expansion.
  • Create strategic account plans with clear goals and revenue targets.
  • Use data insights to influence customer decisions and proposals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and collaborate to remove obstacles.
  • Facilitate governance meetings to maintain alignment.
Market & Industry Intelligence
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
  • Use insights to anticipate customer needs and differentiate Straumann.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience managing complex, strategic accounts in healthcare or dental industries; DSO experience is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Technical literacy in digital health solutions and workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
