Job summary

Qualifications

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and business systems.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple key customer accounts on a day-to-day basis.
Coordinate customer projects from order to delivery with internal teams.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with customers and the sales team to provide updates on progress and delivery schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
