JCT600 Ltd. is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with broker partners, leasing companies and corporate customers.

In this hybrid role, you will be the main contact for key accounts, coordinating with the Head of Fleet Operations to deliver tailored vehicle solutions and exceptional service. You will proactively manage relationships, ensure needs are met end-to-end, and generate competitive quotations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage broker partners, leasing companies and corporate customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Experience in account management; automotive sector is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage and grow relationships with broker partners, leasing companies and corporate customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met from start to finish.
• Handle product inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
• Generate competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications.
• Process vehicle orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Facilitate smooth transactions throughout the leasing or purchasing process.
• Help broker partners and customers navigate the entire process effectively.
• Ensure every step of the customer journey is completed efficiently and accurately.
