Job summary

Safran Gloucestershire, England, United Kingdom is seeking a Delivery Team Leader to coordinate spare parts and customer support for airline and MRO accounts across the EMEA region. You will manage relationships, drive satisfaction, and oversee order management for landing gear, wheels and brakes, and braking systems, ensuring on-time delivery and aircraft uptime.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, CRM, Office), and willingness to work

  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and tools such as SAP, MS Dynamics, CRM, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key airline and MRO accounts, acting as the primary contact for spares and customer support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on logistics, supply chain, and credit management to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor and control customer demand through order book reviews, delivery planning, and risk analysis.
  • Handle urgent AOG requests, including RFQs, order entry, and delivery coordination, and support the global out-of-hours desk on a rotational basis.
  • Promote digital tools and resources to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

About the Opportunity

You’ll be the trusted partner for our airline and MRO customers across the EMEA region — managing relationships, driving satisfaction, and ensuring smooth spares order management for our landing gear, wheels and brakes, and braking systems.
