Location: London (4 days in-office, 1 day wherever you work best)

Team: Commercial | Reports to: Global Director of Key Accounts

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Here’s what you’ll be getting stuck into:

As our Key Account Director - Extended Stay, you’ll be right at the heart of our growth story:

  • Grow and manage key relationships with Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies (SABAs) and Relocation Management Companies - turning conversations into conversions.
  • Spot opportunities, pitch with confidence, and win new business - whether that’s a pan-European RFP or a niche relocation need.
  • Work with our superstar Reservations & Guest Care teams to make sure we deliver on promises and delight clients every step of the way.
  • Help us shift more bookings online through our own tech platforms - because smart booking = happy guests (and happy clients).
  • Be the voice of the client inside edyn - bringing insight and energy to how we shape our products, services, and future plans.
