The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Director - Agency & Entertainment to join our fast-growing B2B Sales Team at Bob W. In this high-impact role, you’ll focus on building, managing, and growing partnerships with agency clients across the Extended Stay, Transient, and Entertainment sectors in Europe. You’ll leverage your network, strategic mindset, and sales skills to drive revenue, enhance brand loyalty, and establish Bob W as the preferred accommodation provider. If you're a self-starter, passionate about hospitality sales, and eager to contribute to a rapidly scaling business, this is your opportunity.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of agency clients, optimising revenue and partnership performance.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new agency accounts using tools like Agency 360 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Maximise online reservations and strategically leverage GDS and agency portals.
  • Attend trade shows, host client events, and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners.
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with agency partners, driving client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and execute data-driven initiatives.
  • Create and implement account development plans to expand Bob W’s footprint in key markets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to ongoing sales process improvements.

Our 5-star candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven success in Hospitality Sales or Business Development, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • At least 2 years managing high-value agency partnerships, including experience with complex commission structures.
  • Deep knowledge of the entertainment sector’s accommodation needs and agency models.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise revenue opportunities.
  • Outstanding communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships and internal collaboration.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a proactive, independent approach.
  • Experienced with CRM systems and total account management principles.
  • Fluent in English, anyadditional European languages are a plus.
  • Organised, process-driven, and comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality innovation, team culture, and continuous personal and professional development.
