Are you an accomplished Key Account Director from a Building Materials background?

Would you welcome the opportunity to cover London and the South East of England?

Minster is recruiting for a Key Account Director covering London and the South East.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Solid background gained in a Construction Materials Distribution business
  • Ideally with exposure to insulation, fire protection or dry lining products
  • Proven successful experience managing Key Account sales activity and driving results
  • Driving Licence is essential

Duties:

  • Managing a portfolio of 50 Key Accounts in the area.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of customers to maintain and improve profitability
  • Simplify the customer experience by ensuring close management of all owned accounts
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet the customer’s needs
  • Work with all functions and branch teams to ensure that all opportunities are leveraged
  • 80% field based and 20% office based
